Phil Ritter

Phil Ritter is a seasoned executive and strategic leader in the commercial  construction industry, currently serving as Partner and Director of Estimating at  IMC Construction. With a career defined by innovation and operational excellence,  Phil brings deep expertise in project planning, team leadership, and business  growth. His forward-thinking approach has helped drive key initiatives that have  strengthened IMC’s market position and profitability. 

In addition to his professional role, Phil is a dedicated advocate for community  development and environmental stewardship. He serves as Vice President of  the PETRA Community Housing Board, active member of the YMCA of Greater  Brandywine Development Committee, and a part of the Valley Forge Park Alliance  Board, where he champions sustainable growth and conservation efforts. Phil  also contributes to workforce development through his advisory role with the  Construction Department at the Community College of Philadelphia, mentoring  future leaders in the field. 

Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology from the University of  Oklahoma. He is actively involved in volunteerism, supporting youth sports, church  programs, and industry organizations including NAIOP, and the Construction  Management Advisory Committee. 

Phil lives in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, with his wife Koree and their three children.
