Guided Valley Forge Encampment History Walk

Join us for a guided walk through Valley Forge National Historical Park. Each walk begins with a summary of the first two years of the American Revolution and an overview of the British campaign plan for 1777, including the Philadelphia campaign that immediately preceded the Valley Forge encampment. Along the route, participants will also explore major events that took place during the encampment itself, including the Grand Forage and Baron von Steuben’s efforts to improve the training, discipline, and effectiveness of the Continental Army.
