Annual Fund gifts are 100% tax-deductible and provide unrestricted support for public programs, educational outreach in addition to park-wide restoration, preservation and conservation projects.

A Tribute Gift to the Valley Forge Park Alliance is a thoughtful way to honor family or friends, celebrate a special occasion, or express sympathy for the loss of a loved one. Tribute Gifts support the Annual Fund unless otherwise designated by the individual/family being honored.

Multiply the impact of your contribution by obtaining an Employee Matching Gift Form from your employer. When combined with your generous donation, these gifts can double or triple resources to support the Park. To check to see if your company does a matching gift program, click here.

Your generous contribution will be recognized online and at events as they apply to your in-kind gift. Opportunities include food donations for special events, professional printing of promotional materials, retail and outdoor activity products, travel, and more for our annual fundraisers. Gifts of appreciated securities (stocks, bonds, or mutual funds held for more than one year) are easy to make and may provide a greater tax benefit than an equivalent gift in cash. A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to an income tax charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the donated asset. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid any capital gains tax on the appreciation.

The Valley Forge Park Alliance offers several planned giving opportunities which can be tailored to meet your specific financial and estate-planning needs. Planned gifts help donors tailor bequests and structure gifts of life insurance, appreciated securities, and other assets.

By including a gift in your will, you help continue the story of Valley Forge for future generations to hear.  The Valley Forge Alliance is solely funded through annual gifts, memberships and grants so every contribution is important and much appreciated.

If you enjoy the Park, if you marvel at the beauty of the landscape and appreciate the history that this oasis holds, establish a planned gift to help us carry on the story. The Valley Forge Park Alliance partners with the National Park Service to help improve the visitor’s experience of the Park and your contribution will help us do that.

The Members of the Valley Forge Park Alliance represent the foundation of this non-profit organization and are instrumental in supporting the missions to inspire appreciation for and citizen stewardship of Valley Forge National Historical Park through advocacy, programming, preservation and special projects.

Show your pride in Valley Forge National Historical Park with a customized license plate. For just $50, you’ll receive an official auto registration plate plus a one year complimentary individual membership. Regular processing per PA Specialty License Plate website is 8-10 weeks.

Processing time is subject to delays. Please allow up to 5-6 months to receive your plate in the mail.
